Two years ago, I found out that my left kidney was damaged

Two years ago, I found out that my left kidney was damaged. It was stage three already, and all I had a fatigued body and frequent need to urinate. Without being aware of the fact that these can be the symptoms of kidney disease, I continued to live the usual way. The day I started sensing the abnormal changes such as swelling in my legs and abdominal area, I got triggered to find out what was happening. I went for a regular check-up and got to know that I had a creatinine level of 6.7 mg/dl. The nephrologists asked me to proceed with the formalities of dialysis in a day or two. It came to me as a shock of my life and was too naive to do anything about it. I discussed it with my wife, and then we both scrolled to find the alternative. It was then when we found out that there is a kidney treatment without dialysis provided by the kidney expert Dr. Puneet Dhawan at Karma Ayurveda.

Initially, I thought it was not enough to get convinced with, and then I searched about the genuine reviews published at different sites and Google. Everything seemed positive and worth convincing. I traveled from Bihar to Delhi for the Ayurvedic treatment of kidney disease I was suffering from. I went straight to their clinic without wasting much time. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and treated generously.

I started the Ayurvedic medicines given by Dr. Puneet Dhawan for just a month, and I started seeing much improvement in myself. The swelling in my body had started to go away, and I felt hungry again. My blood pressure was also under control, and I could see the expected output of the urine. I was quite happy about this improvement in my overall health, and mostly, my kidneys got cured with Ayurvedic cure. I feel privileged to have such impeccable guidance from all the staff members at Karma Ayurveda.

Today, I am following the same diet chart that Dr. Puneet Dhawan provided to me. Not because I am still dealing with the problem again but to avoid the risk and complications for the future. The period has taught me how important it is to follow a healthy life pattern. I do eat things that are out of the diet chart sometimes, but then I make sure to detoxify my kidneys. I try to spend a day on a liquid diet to flush out my kidneys.

My last take for the audience reading this is to follow the ethics of Ayurveda. It is like a blessing in disguise. Ayurveda is a potent remedy that can heal all the problems occurring in the body. Whether it is physical, emotional, or mental, Ayurvedic cure can heal it all.
