My Experience with Karma Ayurveda Hospital
Hi, this is to tell my experience with Karma Ayurveda Hospital. My name is Janki Arora. I work for food testing labs in the nation’s capital, Delhi. This is my story of experiencing Ayurveda for the first time.
I was surrounded by science from a very young age. I think we all are. We study it as a subject, but I wonder why we don’t have Ayurveda as a subject. After being treated with Ayurveda, I wonder about this. We all are missing onto something very significant and pure. Ayurveda has the solution to almost everything; I recently came to know this. We all know just the yoga when we talk about Ayurveda or think of some herbs, but Ayurveda is very vast, like science. I am not trying to make a debate between the two here or not trying to defend anything. I am just sharing what I have felt.
My journey with Karma Ayurveda Hospital started with the issue of high blood creatinine. Due to some reasons, my creatinine was elevated in the blood, and I was developing symptoms that were making me worried, and fatigue was one of the horrible things. I was not able to do my daily routine work because of my extreme tiredness. At that time, my father was getting his treatment from the same Ayurvedic hospital. So, for me, I had a little belief in Ayurveda just because of my father. I saw the right changes in him. He took me to the place, and I started with my first ever Ayurvedic treatment.
I was getting the treatment from Dr. Puneet Dhawan, and his expert team of dietitians and yoga trainers was supporting in the best possible way. I received some herbal medicines, and for some reason, I am not going to mention the name. So, the reason is, I learned that every human body has differences in their energies and constitution for which they need different treatment. It is not so smooth as we think. Now, I know the reason why Ayurveda is studied in deep by some people. Moreover, they suggested some changes in the things I was eating and suggested to me with some yoga postures to practice that was going to be a great help for my health.
Now, I am doing well in life and still following my diet strictly. I am trying to learn more about Ayurveda because I know it is much more than just a treatment. I have decided to make some positive changes in life and look towards it with a more optimistic perspective, and in this significant change, Ayurveda would be helping me. I advise all of you who are reading this to adopt Ayurveda once in life and see the changes on your own.
